Denials worked, not written off

Every denial is traced to its cause, corrected and resubmitted or appealed before the deadline passes.

Your team back with patients

Eligibility checks, payer calls and claim follow-up come off your front desk for good.

Numbers you understand

One plain-English report a month: what was billed, collected and denied, and exactly what we did about it.

Your first 30 days with us

Switching billers shouldn’t put your cash flow at risk. Here’s exactly what happens, and how little it asks of your team.

Most practices are fully live in about two weeks, with no gap in billing.

    Tell us about your practice

A two-minute form. We send our standard BAA and sign it before we see a single claim.

  3. Week 1Access and setup

We set up inside your systems

Access to your EHR and clearinghouse, payer setup checked, fee schedules confirmed. No new software for your team.

  4. Week 2Live

    Claims go out daily

New claims billed every day while we start on your old denials and unpaid claims. No gap in billing.

  5. Day 30First report

    Your first monthly report

What was billed, collected and denied, what we recovered, and what we changed.

How healthy is your revenue cycle?

Five quick questions. See where money is most likely slipping, in about 30 seconds.

  1. Is eligibility checked before every visit?
  2. Are denials worked within a week of arriving?
  3. Do you know your current days in AR?
  4. Is someone tracking authorization limits and end dates?
  5. Does billing keep running when your biller is out?

    Questions practices ask us

Which specialties do you bill for?

Our main focus is mental health, physical therapy and primary care. We also bill for FQHCs, chiropractic, urgent care, OB/GYN, podiatry, speech and occupational therapy, internal medicine and pediatrics. If your specialty isn’t listed, ask. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a good fit.

    Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, always, and before we see any claim or patient information. A Business Associate Agreement is what HIPAA requires when a billing company handles your data. If a biller hesitates to sign one, that’s a red flag.

Do I have to switch EHRs or practice management software?

No. We work inside the system you already use. We have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, SimplePractice and Prognocis, and we’ll learn yours if it’s different.

    Is my practice too small?

No. Solo providers and small groups often benefit the most, because every hour spent on billing is an hour not spent with patients. Pricing is a percentage of what we collect, so it scales with your volume.

What happens in the free claims review?

You give us read-only access or a claims report under a signed BAA. We go through your denied and unpaid claims and send a written summary: what’s recoverable, what’s causing your denials, and what to fix. It’s yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Can you fix claims from before we start?

Usually, yes, as long as they’re still inside the payer’s filing or appeal window. Older unpaid claims are often the fastest money we can recover for a new client.

Who will work on our account?

A billing specialist from a team with more than 20 years of combined medical billing experience, backed up by the rest of the team. You get a named point of contact who knows your practice and your payers.

Can you get our new providers credentialed?

Yes. We handle CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid and commercial applications, and follow up with each payer every two weeks until you’re in-network. It’s $99 per payer, per provider.

Do you offer virtual assistants for scheduling and front-desk work?

Yes. Our HIPAA-trained medical virtual assistants handle appointment scheduling, reminders, insurance verification, prior authorizations, patient calls and admin work, at $10 to $12 per hour.
